To help us locate your transaction quickly, please provide an original receipt or:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Transaction ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Charged Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Date of the Charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Digital Content Delivery &amp; Finality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <em>Access Passes<\/em> grant immediate clearance to download and interact with our 3D model layout inside the <em>TraiNscale <\/em>simulator application. Because this digital delivery happens automatically upon a successful transaction, all sales of digital <em>Access Passes<\/em> are generally considered final once server authorization has occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. 14-Day Window for Unused Passes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In compliance with consumer protection frameworks, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date <strong>only if<\/strong> you have not yet authenticated, accessed, or downloaded any digital components using your Pass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your client device connects to our infrastructure and unlocks the model collection, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived due to the immediate execution of the digital service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Technical Issues &amp; Defects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If software malfunction prevents your device from successfully recognizing your purchased Pass, we will investigate immediately.
