If you believe you were charged by mistake, or if the delivered item does not match its description or function as declared, you can initiate a dispute or request a refund.
To do so, please contact us directly at crew@trainscale.com or file a request directly on the payment processor’s portal. To help us locate your transaction quickly, please provide an original receipt or:
- The Transaction ID
- The Charged Amount
- The Date of the Charge
1. Digital Content Delivery & Finality
Our Access Passes grant immediate clearance to download and interact with our 3D model layout inside the TraiNscale simulator application. Because this digital delivery happens automatically upon a successful transaction, all sales of digital Access Passes are generally considered final once server authorization has occurred.
2. 14-Day Window for Unused Passes
In compliance with consumer protection frameworks, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date only if you have not yet authenticated, accessed, or downloaded any digital components using your Pass.
Once your client device connects to our infrastructure and unlocks the model collection, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived due to the immediate execution of the digital service.
3. Technical Issues & Defects
If software malfunction prevents your device from successfully recognizing your purchased Pass, we will investigate immediately. In such cases, we will either manually fix your Pass deployment or coordinate a transaction refund.
